Aliphatic hydrocarbon-based medium

Excellent replacement for xylene. It can be used as an intermedium between dehydrated
histological samples and samples infi ltrated with paraffi n; during deparaffi nizing non-stained
histological samples and during clearing of stained histological/cytological samples. Mild clearing
reagent that will not harden tissue samples. It is characterized by rapid tissue infi ltration and is less
hazardous for health in comparison with sylene. Samples processed with BioClear New should be
covered/mounted with an aliphatic hydrocarbon based medium, such as BioMount New universal
medium and BioMount New Low.
